I figured out most of this puzzle so I just went ahead and solved what I could. That one word makes no sense to me. I would have to re watch the ep and I absolutely no time for that now.

I thought it's another yeah. Peter repeats it in the scene because he doesn't know what to say and hesitates to jump.
