Here are the forum rules.
Please read them carefully.
1.
The owner of the board is called Administrator. He is supported by the Moderators who are subjected to the instructions of the Administrator.
Moderators help the Administrator with the board, they are here to make sure everything runs smoothly. The administrator and moderator are responsible for the forum. As such they can determine when a thread needs to be closed or a thread or a post needs to be deleted.
A moderator will take action when a user is violating the board rules. A moderator has the right and the obligation to edit or to delete a message of a user if the user is posting illegal, obscene or insulting messages. A moderator is not allowed to take these actions if the user obeys the board rules. For example, if the moderator doesn't like the color green, feels a picture is too large, or is offended of some typos, he has no right to edit such a post. If there isn't an emergency, the moderator will ask the user to edit his message himself. If a moderator is editing a message, he has the obligation to inform the user about the action. He either posts a remark in the message, or he writes a PM to the user. (Exception is if a post is deleted, in this case the moderator doesn't need to inform the user.)
2.
Treat others like you want to be treated. Flames and personal attacks, either in the forum or via PM, are not allowed. If it happens, the user will get a warning and if it happens repeatedly, he will be banned from the forum.
Using capital letters for writing words or whole sentences is considered shouting. Please don't do it, there are other things you can do to draw attention to your post.
3.
This is a place where fans of the series "Kung Fu: The Legend Continues" can talk about their favorite actors. Criticism is allowed, even appreciated. But if you just want to visit this forum to anger/flame other people and to post nonsense, forget it. Posts like these will be deleted and the user receives a warning. In the worst case, he will be banned.
Furthermore, questions about copies of DVD's, CD's or videos which are still available to buy are not allowed. Moreover, links to warez- and pornsites, as well as links to sites with illegal content (texts or websites that contain material that is prohibited by German or US law) are not allowed.
4.
Spam will be deleted. Don't post messages that only contain one word like: "yes", "no", "I agree". Write a little bit more. After all, we want to have a conversation.
5.
Please try to stay on-topic. If the topic is leading in a different direction than the original thread, then please open a new thread with the new topic.
6.
I know that sometimes it is very hard to avoid double-posts. It often makes much more sense if you create a double post. But please, don't post three or more times in a row. Try to consolidate your posts into one message, but if you must, please limit it to two posts in a row.
7.
User, who only subscribe but won't post anything, will be deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
8.
Pictures and copyright:
In this forum, there is no restriction regarding the size of pictures you want to post. This doesn't apply to avatars and signatures. Your avatar should not be larger than 120 pixel and your signature-pictures not larger than 500x150 pixel.
Because there are still users with a slow connection, or some still using a modem, I want to ask you to just post a link to very large pictures, or only post very large pictures in the pictures threads. There, the user will know he will be confronted with large pictures and can't complain if he opens those threads. Please also pay attention to the copyright of pictures, as far as you know who created the picture. If a webmaster is pointing out on his website, that he doesn't want to see his pictures on other websites/forums, then please obey. Just stick to a link in this case.
If you come upon an interesting article you like to copy to the forum, then also post the link containing the source where this article is from. If you want to post an article from a restricted list, you can only do so, if you have the permission of the author. If you don't get permission, you can post a summary of the article in your own words.
9.
If you are disregarding the board rules repeatedly and on purpose, you will get a warning, your post will be deleted and you will get banned. In extreme cases you will be banned without warning.
10.
To participate in this forum, you have to register. If you are afraid about your privacy, you can hide your e-mail address and use a made-up user name. But the other users still can send a PM to you.
11.
Neither the administrator nor the moderators are perfect. If you feel you are treated unfair, try to clear this matter by a PM to the moderator. If it fails, turn to someone else in charge, so the subject can be taken care of. In a borderline case, the decision of the administrator is final.
If it happens that neither a moderator nor the administrator is available due to time issues, and you see there is something that has to be taken care of, please send us a short PM. The same applies if you detect a discrepancy we might have overlooked.
12.
And here the most important rule: Post and have fun.
There's one more little thing: Please keep in mind that the main language on this board is German. So don't be offended if somebody won't respond to your post. Some of the German users might not feel secure enough to write in English, though they all do their very best to post in both languages. Oh, and forgive us any spelling or grammar mistakes.
